- We have a call with you a week before your wedding to discuss any details
- DON'T FORGET YOUR LICENSE!
- The Bayfield 5 -11 pm Dinner Wedding Includes:
- Officiate for your customized wedding ceremony in the garden or in Garden House at 5 pm
- A signing table
- White Chiavari chairsand benches for seating
- Wireless speaker for ceremony and reception music
- Professional Photography included for up to 50 digital portraits for you to download of ceremony and after.
- Please tell your guests: Park across the street it is FREE, + arrive only 15 mins before the ceremony.
- All children must be supervised at all times as we have a small pond and grounds.
- There is a play park across the street.
- If you would like to book the room for yourselves or anyone please advise. You can book all the rooms for weekends at a very special price.
- Ceremony is at 5 pm.
- Please ask your guests to only arrive 15 mind before the ceremony.
- Have anyone walk you down the aisle.

- Choose from our menu for ALL guests it is a buffet dinner served French-style
- We provide water, tea and coffee if you'd like soft drinks or punch please provide.
- We also have glass Jug containers with a spout!

- We supply a SmartServe Bartender, ice and glasses- you supply mix, alcohol and any lemons or limes etc..
- Your events ends at 11 pm and we ask all guests depart by that time.
