Please choose from the ceremony options provided.

We are happy to personalize your ceremony with meaningful additions, including:

• A special reading (performed by a guest or by us) 
• A memorial table or photograph for loved ones who have passed 
• Handfasting or another symbolic ceremony addition 

For the ceremony setup:

• We prefer the wedding couple to stand at the altar with the wedding party nearby. 
• Please choose two witnesses to sign the marriage licence (Best Man, Maid of Honour, parents, children, or friends). 
• If you are eloping or marrying privately, we can provide witnesses for you. 

Professional photographs will be taken during and immediately following the ceremony.

• One restroom is available on-site inside the front entrance of the B&B. 
• Guests may park free of charge across the road near Clan Gregor Park. 
• Small children must be supervised at all times due to the pond and nearby busy street. 
• Guests requiring accessibility accommodations may park closer to the property. 
• Please note there are two steps leading into the venue restroom. 
• If accessibility ramps are needed, please let us know in advance. 
• Kindly keep the driveway clear for guest access.

• Guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony 
• Wedding party arrives 20 minutes prior with the marriage licence 
• Couples should arrive wedding-ready unless prior dressing arrangements have been made with Mary 

• Parents bringing babies or toddlers are asked to bring their own high chair if needed. 
• Please arrive on time. Photographer coverage is limited to the allotted package time. Additional photography time is billed at $150 per additional half hour. 

• No artificial flower petals indoors; only natural petals permitted in the ceremony area 
• Bands and DJs cannot be accommodated, however acoustic musicians are welcome 
• You are welcome to provide your own playlist — we supply a Bluetooth speaker 
• No open-flame candles permitted 
• No tape or decor attached to walls, furniture, or pillars 

For the comfort and safety of all guests, cannabis smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, nearby roads, or neighbouring properties.

As this is a vintage venue, smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area at the front of the property.

Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. A cleaning fee may apply for violations.

During our pre-wedding call, we will confirm:

• Ceremony selection 
• Final guest count 
• Processional music 
• Who is walking you down the aisle 
• Wedding party lineup 
• Witnesses signing the marriage licence 

• Tables and chairs 
• Dishes, cutlery, napkins, and glassware 
• Centrepieces as shown 
• Battery-operated candles for ambiance 
• Large harvest tables seating up to 36 guests 
• Buffet serving area 
• Vintage bar for refreshments 
• Outdoor lounge area surrounding the fireplace 
• Card box and small bouquets available for loan 

Additional tenting with tables may be added for larger guest counts.

You are welcome to bring your own reception playlist — we provide a Bluetooth speaker.

Please review the menu options below and choose one menu for your lunch or dinner reception.

You are welcome to provide:

• Fresh flowers or personal centrepieces (drop off 1 day prior) 
• Table runners or additional decor (drop off 1–2 days prior) 
• Guest favours (drop off 1 day prior) 
• Entrance decor or floral arrangements 
• Charcuterie Board after ceremony or after dinner/evening. $8 per person minimum 20 people

Please schedule all drop-offs in advance.

• 1/3 due 60 days prior 
• 1/3 due 30 days prior 
• Final balance due 14 days prior 

• One Smart Serve certified bartender: $300 for up to 40 guests 
• Two bartenders required for over 40 guests

Requires:

• $4 million PAL (Party Alcohol Liability) insurance policy 

Wine, beer, cider, seltzers, and hard liquor
Requires:

• $6 million PAL insurance policy 
• AGCO Special Occasion Permit 

• All receptions are private invitation-only events 
• Alcohol sales are not permitted 
• Alcohol service may be refused if guests become aggressive or attempt self-service off property 

Guests receive one glass for the evening, which can be refreshed and cleaned throughout the event as needed. We proudly reduce unnecessary waste as we are located near beautiful Lake Huron.

Recommended purchasing amounts:

• Approximately 3 beers per guest 
• Approximately ½ bottle of wine per guest 

Example:
24 guests = approximately 2 cases of beer + 12 bottles of wine
