As a small business, we love adding thoughtful touches and never charge for extras the way many venues do.
We pay close attention to every detail and often surprise you with little moments of magic throughout your day.

Please read this guide fully — some sections may not apply if you’re having a ceremony-only or elopement package, but everything is helpful to know.

• No extra charges for little surprises or gratuities; all tips are discretionary
   

This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about your wedding day.

• Wedding License: Please ensure you have your license. 
• Text a photo to 519-240-0308
   
• Guest Parking: Free across the street at the park; driveway must remain clear
   
• Supervision: Small children must be supervised at all times
   
• Accessibility: Garden House and garden areas can accommodate walkers/wheelchairs; vintage property may have some limitations- Happy to help!
   
• Bathrooms: Inside the main house near the front door for guests;
   

• Wedding Party arrives 20 minutes prior
• ALL Guests arrive just 15 minutes before ceremony
• Ceremony lasts ~15 minutes, including signing of license
• Photography included during and after ceremony
• Reception end time depends on package
   

• Location: Half-acre enchanting gardens or indoor Garden House
• Ceremony staging: White Chiavari chairs/benches around the arbour
• Signing table with white drape, flowers, and lantern
• Certified Ontario Officiants (Mary & John)
• Options: Civil, non-denominational, vow renewals, commitment ceremonies
• Wireless speaker for music; guide for “down the aisle” walk
• Photography included uness package states its not included
• Payment: Balance via e-transfer 14 days prior
  Designated smoking area on property 

• 2 hours use of English Gardens & Garden House
• Ceremony staging: White Chiavari chairs/benches, signing table
• Certified Ontario Officiant
• Wireless speaker & music
• Photography included
• Appetizers & refreshments served after ceremony
• Payment: Balance via e-transfer 14 days prior
• Designated smoking area on property

• Buffet dinner (French-style)
• Bar service: Smart Serve bartender available, alcohol insurance required
• End time: 10 PM
• Payment: E-transfer in three installments (60, 45, 14 days prior)
• Guest instructions: Park across the street, supervise children, follow driveway guidance
   

• Ceremony in garden or Garden House at noon with Officiant
• White Chiavari chairs, signing table, wireless speaker
• Photography included (50+ digital portraits)
• Guests arrive 15 minutes prior; free parking across the street
• Option to book guest rooms 
• Early Arrival: 11 AM to get dressed or arrive wedding ready!
• Buffet lunch served French-style; water, tea, coffee provided (soft drinks/punch optional to bring your own)
• Event ends at 5 PM
• Payment: Balance via e-transfer in three installments (60, 45, 14 days prior)
